Yannik Simkovics
Yannik Simkovics

Yannik is a corporate and commercial lawyer at AGH Law. Within the team, Yannik assists clients across a range of matters, including capital raisings, M&A, corporate governance, contractual advice and regulatory compliance.
Yannik complements his legal skills with previous experience in the financial advisory division of a Big 4 accounting firm, having gained exposure to a number of different industries, including the resources, tech, pharmaceutical, defence, and retail sectors and assisting a wide range of businesses from start-ups to ASX entities and multinational corporations.
Yannik completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Economics and International Business at Murdoch University. Yannik also studied at the University of Zürich and the KV Zürich Business School. Yannik is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
